Teachers have too many kids with too many needs, and too many parents leaving the schools to parent their children. With budget cuts and school board politics, things can get even more complicated for teachers.
More often than not, teachers find themselves in situations they are not trained to handle; the frustration grows and the outcome is never a good one. Teachers are trained in the art of teaching, but they are not psycho-therapist, and they therefore not trained in conflict resolution.
With years of experience helping teachers deal with several student issues, most often bullying, I have developed methods to help teachers handle even the most sensitive situations, and resolve situations before they escalate into something unmanageable.
By bringing a fresh and different approach, with a point of view from outside of the school system, I have been able to achieve great results with my clients, and I am confident I can do the same for you.
